This site, theregenerateframework.com, is operated by Blue-Green Advisors, a private advisory practice founded by Stuart J. Green.
What we collect.
When you take the Operating Model Fitness Index, we collect:
- Your answers to the thirteen questions
- Your name, email address, and organisation name (optional — only if you choose to enter them)
- Your scores and quadrant placement, calculated from your answers
- The date and time you completed the assessment
- Technical data such as your browser type and approximate location (for analytics)
Why we collect it.
- To generate your personalised diagnosis and downloadable PDF
- To enable Stuart J. Green to respond to you personally if you book a discovery call
- To improve the instrument over time by reviewing aggregate patterns
Where your data is stored.
Your submission is stored in a Google Sheet hosted on Google Workspace. A notification is sent to Stuart J. Green at stuart@bluegreenadvisors.com. Your data is not sold, rented, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for automated profiling.
Your rights.
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Email stuart@bluegreenadvisors.com with the subject line "Data request" and we will respond within seven days.

We use minimal cookies for site analytics. No marketing cookies. No tracking pixels.
